To obtain a TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) WPI-1:

• The window must meet the TDI Seaward specification and must be listed under the TDI evaluation index.

To obtain a building permit:

• The U-factor must meet the Corpus Christi building department requirements.
• The SHGC must meet the Corpus Christi building department requirements.
• Must provide a TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) WPI-1

Our estimates include (if required by city ordinance or TDI):

• City of Corpus Christi Building permit
• Engineer inspections, WPI-1, WPI-8 (Windstorm Certification.)
• Labor, material, dump fees, taxes, site set up & delivery charges
